Are you doing a full body workout for every scheduled strength training day? I&#039;d offset it with cardio days inbetween to bring blood to your sore muscles and burn those extra calories. Don&#039;t forget to replenish those tired muscles with a 3:1 (carb:protein) meal to ensure you&#039;re good to go for your next workout!</description>

I have to say since i&#039;ve read your blog about stopping caffine, i have been trying to stop my pop intake. (which friday was not a good day including all the alcohol intake lol)</description>

The one thing with which I always battle is diet. What&#039;s the right balance? Protein, carbs and fats ... what percentage of each should I be aiming at each day?

What are the best cuts of meat, whether beef, chicken or pork? What are good carbs and what are bad carbs?
