Day 1: What I ate

Breakfast: Two  pieces of Winnipeg style rye bread toasted with two eggs scrambled, green onion and one slice of deli ham as a sandwich.

Snack: Grande Refresh Tea, clear (i.e. no sugar, no caffeine, just peppermint tea)

Lunch: 1/2 turkey and swiss with cranberry mayo sandwich on rye. 1 cup 7 grain salad. One small piece of Edam cheese. Ruby Red Pink Grapefruit juice to drink.

Snack: 1 Cliff bar – damn it was good.

Dinner: 1 1/2 cup organic spiral pasta with half chicken breast tossed in chipotle dipping sauce. Two Big Rock Warthogs and one Oreo cookie.

Snack: A few handfuls of lime flavoured microwave popcorn.
