Day 19: What I ate

Breakfast: Pancakes, bacon & chocolate milk – plus a coffee mixed with chocolate milk

Lunch: ham & cheese sandwiches with a little miracle whip and mustard on multi-gran bread

Dinner: One BBQ double burger

Snack: Grasshopper & Bits ‘n Bites on the plane

Beverages: 2 Fort Gary Dark Ales
