Day 21: What I ate

Breakfast: Banana chocolate chip pancakes with a bit of syrup

Snack: 2 yellow plums

Lunch: BBQ chicken with rice and steamed broccoli

Snack: Yogurt

Dinner: Whole wheat pasta with meat sauce & beggies and a bit of feta cheese

Beverages: Water, 1/2 Strongbow
